Lisa G. Martin is executive director of the Manufacturers Association of Maine and has over 20 years in economic, workforce and business development
Lisa directs the association with emphasis on economic development, membership growth and liaisons with associations, government, business leaders, legislature and state and national agencies on behalf of the manufacturing sector.
Lisa chairs the Precision Manufacturing Technology Board at the Maine Technology Institute, is a member of the UM Advanced Manufacturing Center Board of Advisors, a member of the University of Southern Maine’s Board of Visitors, Board member of the Robotics Institute of Maine, Board of Advisors for the Maine Heritage Policy Center and an Alumni of the Maine Development Foundation’s Leadership Maine Mu Class.

Marion Sprague is the Director of Outreach and Communications at the Manufacturers Association of Maine and had been with the association since early 2011.
As outreach communications director, she runs the Dream It. Do It. Maine student career awareness program to promote manufacturing related career opportunities to students, parents, educators and the general public in Maine.
Marion sits on the Board for the SME Downeast Chapter and is on the advisory board for the Precision Manufacturing program at Portland Arts and Technology High School. Marion is also on the advisory committee for Project Lead the Way at Portland High School. Prior to joining MAMe, Marion was a founding member of Port Veritas where she worked with high school students to promote performance and spoken word.
Marion moved to Portland in 2002, from her home town of Machias, to finish her BA in English Literature at the University of Southern Maine.

Zach Vincent is the Operations Admin. at the Manufacturers Association of Maine. He took the position in August, 2016.
In the role of Operations Administrator, he takes part in the Dream It. Do It. organization, the events that MAMe hosts and orchestrates, and other grant work as it comes along. He also will be bringing experience from a marketing and branding background to perform outreach for MAMe.
Prior to joining MAMe, Zach has done freelance marketing work throughout Maine. Zach graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington with a BA in Business Psychology in May, 2015.

Karen Giles is the Director of the Robotics Institute of Maine. She is Maine’s Regional Director for FIRST, FIRST Robotics Competition. She is the Lead Mentor of Hall Dale High School’s Delta Prime Robotics Team.
She is currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors of REM of Waterville, Maine. She has also been a successful therapeutic horseback riding instructor and was an Ed Tech in Augusta schools. Karen has studied Commercial Illustration and Small Business Administration, at Cazenovia College, New York and at UMaine of Augusta.
