Lisa G. Martin is executive director of the Manufacturers Association of Maine and has over 20 years in economic, workforce and business development
Lisa directs the association with emphasis on economic development, membership growth and liaisons with associations, government, business leaders, legislature and state and national agencies on behalf of the manufacturing sector.
Lisa chairs the Precision Manufacturing Technology Board at the Maine Technology Institute, is a member of the UM Advanced Manufacturing Center Board of Advisors, a member of the University of Southern Maine’s Board of Visitors, Board member of the Robotics Institute of Maine, Board of Advisors for the Maine Heritage Policy Center and an Alumni of the Maine Development Foundation’s Leadership Maine Mu Class.

Marion Sprague is the outreach communications director at the Manufacturers Association of Maine and has been with the association since early 2011.
She runs the Manufacturing Career Connection (MCC) program and with a focus on student career awareness program including the MFGDAY event coordination. MCC promotes manufacturing related career opportunities to students, parents, educators and the general public to help raise awareness of the opportunities here in Maine.
Marion currently serves on the Maine Apprenticeship Council, SME Dirgio Maine Board of Directors, Portland Arts and Technology HS Precision Manufacturing Advisory Committee, and Portland HS Project Lead the Way Steering Committee.
Marion moved to Portland in 2002, from her home town of Machias, to finish her BA in English Literature at the University of Southern Maine.
